A Whole Century in the Making.
In the early 1900s, our grandmother Carmela, lovingly known as Melìna in the local dialect, would harvest olives with her family in our farm in Massafra.
From those hand-picked olives came the oil that would grace the family table throughout the season.
Today, nearly a century later, we preserve that same tradition with unchanged devotion.
